Homes, Health, and Hope for Children in Need

After 10 years as a leader in the field of international adoption, CHI Executive Director Dwyatt Gantt moved closer to fulfilling a vision of helping those children left behind, waiting and hoping for their own adoption day. Although finding a family for every child remains the mission of Children's Hope International, the Humanitarian Aid was established to specifically deal with the many needs of those children left behind. CHI Humanitarian Aid became a reality in 2001 to provide support for numerous child-related humanitarian aid issues throughout the world. CHI Humanitarian Aid was founded in 2002 and since that time many humanitarian projects have been done successfully. We support 10 different regions of Russia such as Moscow, Kaliningrad, Smolensk, Tver, Chelyabinsk, Astrachan, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo and Vladivostok. CHI Humanitarian Aid in Russia has hundreds of programs that benefit at-risk and orphaned children. These programs include:

Medical Services: medicines, vitamins, medical care (including HIV/AIDS), dental and vision assistance, counseling & therapies, and special needs equipment.

Social Services: summer camps, musical equipment and lessons, developmental toys, and other equipment.

Material Aid: clothing, bedding needs, daily necessities such as diapers and other hygiene products, appliances and audio/visual equipment.

Capital Improvements: building improvements to orphanages (including improvements equipment, vans, and other vehicles).

Emergency Relief: assistance (to make facilities safer and more accessible to children with disabilities), playgrounds, office, victims of natural disasters and other tragic events (Beslan Tragedy, Kemerovo flood).

Banquet dinner is provided. A wide variety of performances, including Strings Performance, Band Performance, Unplugged Performance, Love Songs, Dances, Magic Show, Video Presentation etc.

CHRISTMAS CHARITY BALL '08 - WHITE CHRISTMAS
This year, the Sechenov Malaysian Student Association together with the Moscow Malaysian Chinese Society have worked together to organize this charity fundraiser in aid of the orphans under the care of Children's Hope International, Russia Program. Come and be part of it as you enjoy a banquet dinner, exciting performances and at the same time, contribute to charity.
